       Times hereafter save and Keep harmless
       as well the said Edward Dorsey and
       his heires as all the before Mentioned
       to be bargaind premisses and Every parte
       and parcell thereof and that they the
       said John and Thomas Larkins and there
       heires shall and will warr.t and for Ever
       Defend the afd Mojety of the afd Tract
       of Land and Every parte and thereof
       unto him the said Edward Dorsey his
       heires and assignes for Ever ag.t all Manner
       of persons Claiming or to Claime any right title
       or interest thereunto from by or under any other
       person or persons whatsoever and the said Jn.o
       and Thomas Larkins from themselves and
       there heires Doath hereby Covenante promise
       Grante and Agree to and with the said Edw.d
       Dorsey his heires and assignes that they the
       said John and Thomas Larkins and there
       heires shall and will at all times for Ever
       hereafter Doe make acknowledge suffer
       and Execute or Cause to be made Done
       acknowledged suffered and Executed
       all and Every such further and other Acts
       or Acts thing or things Device or Devices
       In the Law as by the said Edward Dorsey
       his heires Exe.rs ad.rs or assignes or his or
       there Councell Learned in the law shall
       be from time to time Reasonably Devisd
       or advised for the further and better  
       assureance surety and suremakeing of
