       of any person or persons whatsoever haveing
       or pretending to have or Claime any right
       Title or interest thereunto together with all
       wrihgtings Deeds Escripts and Minuments
       touching or Conserning the before Mentioned
       premises or any parte or parcell thereof
       To Have and To Hold the said Mojety
       or halfe parte of the said Tract or parcell
       of Land and premisses with there and Every
       of there appurtenances before by these
       presents bargaind and sold meant mencond
       or intended to be hereby Granted bargaind
       and sold and Every parte and parcell
       thereof unto the said Edward Dorsey his
       heires and assignes and to the only proper
       use and behooffe of him the said Edward
       Dorsey his heires and assignes for Ever and
       the said John and Thomas Larkins from
       themselves there heires Execut.rs and adm.rs
       and for Every of them Doath Covenant
       promise Grante and Agree to and with the
       said Edward Dorsey his heires Execut.rs adm.rs
       or assignes by these presents that the said
       Tract or parcell of Land and premisses
       by these presents ment Menconed or intended
       to be hereby bargaind and sold and Every
       parte and parcell thereof both now and
       at all times for Ever hereafter shall be
