       Hath given granted bargained Sold Enfeoffed
       and Confirmed and by these presents for themselves
       their heires Ex.rs and Administrators doth fully
       clearly and Absolutely Acquit Give grant Alien
       Enfeoffe and Confirm unto him unto him the
       Said Stephen Bordley his heires and Assignes
       for ever all That tract or pcell of Land
       called the Kindness lying and being in the east
       Side of Cheseapeak bay in Kent County in A
       River called Chester River and in A bay in the
       Said River called Langfords bay  Beginning
       At a Marked White Oake on the west side of
       the eastermost branch of Langfords bay running
       South down the branch three hundred and twenty
       Pches and from the end of the South line by a
       line drawn West two hundred and fifty Pches
       And from the West line with A line drawn
       North three hundred perches untill it falls in w.th
       the Land of Henry Staple And from the end of
       the North line ^w.th a line^ drawn East two hundred and
       fifty untill it Come to the first bounded tree
       Containing and laid out for five hundred Acres
       of Land more or less together w.th all all and singular
       the Appurtences thereunto belonging or in
       Anywise Appertaining or now or hereafter
       deemed Adjudged reputed or taken as part Pcell or
       Member thereof or any part or parcel thereof
       together with all deeds Evidences patents writings
       Escripts or Minuments touching and Concerning the
       before bargained premises and every part and
       parcell thereof to have and to hold the Said Tract
