       County of Kent Tobaccnist and Edward Stevens
       of London Merchant Administrators of all
       and singular the Goods and Chattles Rights and
       Credits of John Pettet Late of London Merchant
       Deceased for Divers Good Causes and Considerations
       us hereunto Especially Moveing have made
       Ordained Constituted appointed and in our
       stead and place put and Deputed and by
