       This Indenture made the fifteenth day of
       October in the Yeare of our Lord 1701 Between
       Jn.o Stanley of Ann Arrundell County Gent of the
       One parte and Richard Marsam of prince Georges
       County Gent of y.e other parte Wittnesseth that the
       said John Stanley for and in consideracon of
       the Neat quantity of Seaven thousand and
       Ninety pounds of tobb.o to him in hand paid by
       the said Richard Marsam all and ^or^ before the en
       Sealing and Delivery of these p.rsents the rec.t
       whereof he the said John Doth hereby Acknowledge
       and thereof and of every parte and parcell
       thereof doth hereby fully Clearly and Absolutely
       Exonerate Acquitt and Discharge the said Rich.d
       Marsam his heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs hath Given
       Granted bargaind sold Aliened enfeoffed & confirmed
       as by these p.rsents he the said Jn.o Stanley doth
       for him and his heires Give grant bargaine sell
       Alien Enfeoff and Confirme unto him the said
       Rich.d Marsam the Moyety or one halfe parte of
       two severall tracts or pcells of Land both lyeing
       in Prince Georges County on Swansons Creeke and
       Contiguous one to y.e other one Whereof called Willods
       purchase and Containeing two Hundred Acres the
       other calld Stanley Ews & Cont.a Fower Hundred
       Acres and togeather with all and singuler the
       Dwelling houses Outhouses tobb houses Gardens
       barnes Stables Orchards Pastures Meadows fences &
       Inclosures whatsoever to y.e same belonging or
