       from every pson or psons that are or may be indebted
       unto me in Maryland All such sum or sums of money
       Quantity or Quantities of Tobacco or any other Comodities
       as they are or may be indebted unto me as aforesaid
       Either by bill bond Obligacon Booke debts Arrears
       of rent or any other account whatsoever and in
       Case of non payment of the said money or non
       delivery of the said Tobacco or any other Comodities
       as aforesaid I do Impower my said Attorney
       to arrest Imprison Implead and sue to Judg.t
       and Execution the person and persons denying
       and refusing to pay and deliver the same and
       againe on payment and delivery thereof I
       do Impower my said Attorney to give acquitances
       or any other legall discharges for me and in my
