       unto the full end and terme of one whole
       yeare from thence next ensueing and fully
       to be compleate and Ended Yeilding and
       Paying therefore the rent of one pepper
       corne on the feast day of the Anunciacon
       of the Blessed Virgin mary next ensueing
       the date of these p.rsents (I lawfully
       demanded [illegible] intent and purpose
       that he the sd Jn.o Brice may be in
       the Actuall possession of the p.rmises and
       may be thereby and by vertue of the
       statute for transferring of uses into possession
       in that behalfe made and provided
       Enabled to Accept and take A Release
       and Grant of the revercon and Inheritance
       of the same p.rmises unto him the sd
       Jn.o Brice his heires and Assignes for Ever
       In Wittness whereof the said parties to
       these p.rsent indentures interchangeably
       have sett their hands and Seales the
       day and Yeare first Above Written
