             Received then the Alienacon of the
             within mencond parcell of land cont.a
             as supposed one hundred & seaventy
             Acres of land for the use of M.r Rich.d Bennett
             and my selfe

       This Indenture made the thirteenth
       day of September Annoq Dm 1700 in the 12
       Yeare of his Maj.ts Reigne w.m the third by
       the grace of God King over England &c.a
       Betweene Rob.t Miles of the pish of
       Shadwell in the County of Middx Ropemaker
       sonn of Rob.t Miles late of the Pish of St
       Katherine neere the Tower Lond.o Labourer
       decd and Nephew of and next heire at law
       to w.m Miles late of the County of Ann
       Arrundell in the province of Maryland
       Carpenter decd of the one parte and Jn.o
       Brice of london Merchant on the other pte
       Wittnesseth that the sd Rob.t Miles
       the sonn for and in consideracon of five
       Shillings of lawfull English Money
