       unto the sd Jno Brice his heires and Assignes
       as by him the said Jn.o Brice his heires
       or Assignes or his or their Councill learnd
       in the law shalbe reasonably devised
       advised or required soe as the parties to
       make such further Assureance be not
       Compelled or compellable to travell
       or goe further then the Citty of Lond.o
       or Westminster for the doeing thereof
       And soe as such further Assureance containe
       noe further or other Warranty or
       Warrantys their are in these p.rsents
       contained the use of all w.ch further &
       other assureances to be had or Executed of
       the p.rmises by or between the sd parties
       to these p.rsents or any of them or their
       heires or any other with them or whereunto
       they or any of them shalbe partie and pties
