have been                over England &c.a  Betweene Robert Miles of the
entred in folio           Parrish of Shadwell in the County of Midlx
392                          rope maker sonn of Robert Miles late of the
    W Taylard Clk     pish of S.t Katherine were the tower Lond.o
       Labourers Decd and and Nephew of and next
       heire at law to w.m Miles ^one^ of the County of
       Ann Arrundell in the province of Maryland
       Carpenter deceased of the one part And
       Jno Brice of London Merch.t on the other
       parte Wittnesseth that the sd Rob.t Miles
       the Sonn for and in consideracon of the
       Sume of Twenty pounds of lawfull money
       of England to him in hand well and
       truely paid by the said Jn.o Brice at &
       before the sealing and delivery of these
       P.rsents the receipt whereof he doth
       hereby Acknowledge Acknowledge Accordingly
       and thereof & of and from ev.ry parte and
       parcell thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely
       Acquitt release and forev.r discharge
       the sd Jno Brice his heires Ex.rs adm.rs
       and Assignes and every of them by these
       p.rsents hath Granted bargained sold
