       Doe hereby make knowne & Certifye
       that on the Day of the Date hereof in his
       maj.ts Court holden before us in the Chamber
       of the Guildhall of the said Cetty parsonally
       Came and appeared Rich.d Burk of the
       parrish of S.t Giles in the feilds in the Co.ty
       of midlex Gent and alice his wife and
       pduced unto us two Deeds or indentures in
       parchm.t Indented the one bereing
       Date the twenty ninth Day of august
       anno Dm 1700 and the other the thirtyeth
       Day of aug.t afd [illegible] afd made or
       Menconed to be made between ^y.e said^ Rich.d Burke
       and alice his wife of the one part and
       John Gandy of the parrish of stepney in the
       County of midlesex marin.r of the other part
       the one of the said Deeds purporting and
       being a bargaine and sale or Lease for a yeare
       of a tract or pcell of Land Called Radbourne
       Cont.a and now Laid out for one thousand acres
       more or Less togather w.th all houses out houses
       Edefices and bulding w.tsoever to the same belonging
       situate Lyeing and being in the Pvince of maryland
       in [illegible] and the other Deed being
       a release or Confirmacon of the afd bargaine
       and sale and the said Richard Burk and
       alice his wife the said alice being first
