       of midlesex marriner of the other part
       witnesseth that the said Rich.d Burk
       and alice his wife for and in Consideracon
       of the sume of five shillings of Lawfull
       money of England to him the said Richard
       Burk in hand paid at or before the Ensealling
       hereof by the said John Gandy the receipt
       whereof the said Burk Doth hereby
       acknowledge & thereof and of Every part
       thereof Doth acquitt release and Discharge
       the said John Gandy his Ex.rs and adm.rs
       and Every of them by these presents have and Each
       of them have bargained and sold and Doe and
       Each of them Doth hereby bargaine and sell
       unto the said Jn.o Gandy his Ex.rs adm.rs and
