          This Indenture
       made the seventh day of May in
       the yeare of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and One  Between
       George Spicer of Calvert County Gent
       of the one parte and Charles Carroll
       of Annarundell County Gent of the
       other parte  Wittnesseth that
       the said spicer for and in Consideracon
       of the sume of five shillings sterl
       to him in hand paid or secured to
       be paid by the said Charles the
       Receipt whereof he Doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and of
       Every parte and parcell thereof he
       the said George Doth hereby acquitt &
       Discharge the said Charles his Ex.rs
       and Adm.rs as alsoe for Divers other
       good causes and Consideracons him
       thereunto Especially moving Hath
       giving Given Granted Bargained
       sold aliened Enfeofed and Confirmed
       as by these presents he the said George
       Doth for him and his heires Give
       Grant Bargaine sell aliene Enfeofe
       and Confirme unto him the said
       Charles Carroll and his heires all
       that Tract or parcell of Land
       Called the farme and Containing
