(320) the Plaineing Lyeing In the County of Baltemore butt Pattent In the County of Annarund.ll On the south side of potapsco River In the woods Beginning att a bounded Hickory and Runing North Twenty perches to a marked Red Oake then west North west thirty five perches Then North and by East fifty perches to a bounded white oake then west and by North Fifty perches to a bounded Red Oake then South West sixty ^five^ perches then south East and by south seaventy five perches to a bounded White Oake Then south one hundred perches to a Red oake by a branch then bounding on the said Branch runing Downe East one hundred one hundred and Ten perches to a bounded white oake then North and by East one hundred and Ten perches to a bounded Red Oake then by a streight Line to the first bounded Tree Containeing and now laid outt for one hundred and Twenty acres more or less Together with all profitts Comoditis and advantages thereunto belonging or appertaineing or heiretofore used Ockepied or Enjoyed to have and to hold all and singular the aforesaid Tract of Land and Every parte and parcell thereof unto the afd Lancellott Todd his heires and assignes for Ever to the proper use benefitt and behoofe of him the said Lancellott Todd his heires and assignes for Ever more freed acquitted |
