       This Indenture made the Twenty first day of
       February in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven
       hundred Betweene Henry Hill of Dorchester County
       in the province of Maryland Marriner and Mary his
       wife of the one parte and Richard hill of the County
       of Ann arundell in the said province Marriner
       of the other parte  Wittnesseth that the said
       Richard Hill and Mary his wife for and consideration
       of the sume of six Hundred pounds sterling
       to him in hand paid by the said Richard Hill at
       and before the sealeing and delivery of these
       p.rsents the receipt whereof the said Henry doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every parte
       and parcell thereof doth clearly and absolutely
       Acquitt Exonerate and discharge the said Richard
       Hill his Executo.rs and Adm.rs by these p.rsents  Have
       Granted bargained sold Aliened released and Confirmd
       and by these p.rsents for them and their heires
       Doe grant bargaine sell Alien Release and Confirme
       unto the said Richard Hill his
       heires and assignes all and singular the
       serverall Tracts of Land herein after menconed
       Viz.t One parcell or Tract of Land called
       Craney Neck alsoe one other Tract or parcell
       of Land Called the Addicon joyning on the
       aforesaid Land Called Craney Neck alsoe one
       other Tract or parcell of Land called Beeflys
       Neck Goeing through a Tract or parcell
       of land called Curocks all which severall
       Tracts and parcells of Land afd are lyeing
       and being in Annarundell County
       and were pticulerly and Expressly given
