       said Richard Hill pty to these psents &
       Joseph Hill and the heires of them & of
       Each of them Devided in severallty and not
       in Joynture for his full whole and entire
       third part and proportion of all & singuler
       ye Lands tenem.ts and pmises to them the sd
       Richard Joseph & henry Hill Jointly Given
       Devised & bequeathed by their said father
       Richard Hill Decd as afd and in full recompence
       thereof and of Every part thereof saveing
       what is before saved all & singuler ye
       tracts or pcells of Land and Pmises w.th
       the apurtenances above in and by these
       presents resited alloted appointed & sett
       fourth for y.e peculer third p.rt & pporcon
       of the said sd Richard Hill party to these
       p.rsents togather with all such writeings
       Evidences & minum.ts Henry Hill togather w.th
       all Deeds writeings Evidences and minum.ts to ye
       same belonging and further that they the said
       Richard Hill party to these presents and Joseph
       and Either of them the heres and assignes of
       them or either of them respectively shall and will
       from time to time and at all times hereafter Dureing
       the Space of seaven yeares now next Ensewing at
       the reasonable request and at the proper
       Costs and Charges in the Law of the said
       Henry Hill his heires and assignes or Either
       of them Doe make acknowledge pfect Execute
       and suffer all and Every such further and other
       act and acts thing and thing Device and Devices
       assureanc and assureances in Law whatsoever as
       by the said Henry Hill his heires or assignes or
       by his or their Councell Lerned in the Law
       shalbe reasonably Devised advised or
       required for the further and more sure
