       This Indenture Tripartite made the Twentyeth day of Feb.ry
       in the year of our Lord 1700 Betweene Richard Hill of Ann
       Arundell County in the province aforesaid Mariner of the
       first part Joseph Hill of the County afores.d of the second
       part and Henry Hill of Dorchester County in the province
       afores.d Mariner of the third part Whereas Richard Hill last
       of Ann Arundell County Esq.r deced father of them the
       said Rich.d Hill Joseph Hill and Henry Hill partys to these
       p.rsents being in his life time seized in his demeasne
       as of Fee of and in severall Messuages lands Tenem.ts
       woods & Hereditam.ts but more Especially & pticularly
       of and in severall Tracts following viz.t one certaine
       Tract or parcell of land called Come by Chance lyein in
       Ann Arundell County afd on the North side of South river
       in the Woods butted and bounded as in the Originall patt
       bearing date the Tenth day of August in the yeare of our
       Lord 1684 granted unto One George Yate of Ann Arund.ll
       County his Heires & Assignes for Ever is sett forth then
       sayd to be containeing & layd out for Two hundred &
       fourteen Acres of land more or less (Excepte and alwayes
       foreprized from and out of the said Two hundred & fourteen
       Acres Fifty Acres parcell of the above recited Two hundred
       and fourteene Acres which the said Richard Hill deced did
       in his life grant Assigne assure & Convey unto the above
       named Henry Hill party to these p.rsents his heires & assignes
       for Ever as in and by a certaine Deed by the said Rich.d Hill
       in his life time for that purpose made relacon thereto being
       had may more plainely and at large appeare  And of and in
       Our other certaine Tract or parcell of land called the
       addition lyeing in the woods in the sayd County betweene
       severne river then knowne by the name of Ann Arundell river
       & south river butted & bounded as in the Originall pattent beareing
       date the Twentyeth day of February in the yeare of Our Lord
       1684 Granted also unto the sayd George Yate his Heires & Assignes
