           This Indenture made the
       third Day of Jan.ry anno Dom 1700
       And in the twelfth yeare of the
       Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord
       King William of England Scotland
       France and Ireland Defend.r of y.e
       fayth &c  Between Rob.t Tyler
       of prince Georges County in the
       province of maryland Gent of
       the one part and Sam.ll Duvall
       of the County of Ann Arundell in
       the said province planter of the
       other part witnesseth that the sd
       Rob.t Tyler for and in Consideracon
       of the sume of one hundred sixty
       fower pounds of Good and Lawfull
       money of England to him in hand paid
       or secured to be paid at and before
       the Ensealeing and Delivery of
       these psents by the said Sam.ll
       Duvall the receipt whereof he the
       said Rob.t Tyler Doth hereby acknowledge
       and therewith to be fully sattisfied Content and paid
       and thereof and of every parte and parcell thereof
       he the said Robert Tyler his heires Ex.rs and Ad.rs
       the sd Sam.ll Duckett his heires Executo.rs and Ad.rs
       & Assignes doth hereby Acquitt Exonorate and
       for Ever discharge by these p.rsents hath given
       granted aliened Bargained sold Enfeoffed and
