       May appeare And Whereas the sd Joseph Williams dyed
       possessed of A Considerable Reall & parsonall Estate More then
       sufficient to pay all his Just Debts from him Due to Every or
       any p.rson or p.rsons  And Whereas the sd Joseph Williams
       Did some time before his Death Make & Execute his Last will
       and Testam.t in Writeing & thereby willed some part of the Reall
       Estate in the said province of Maryland to be for and toward
       payment and Dischargeing his said Debts Due as afsd as in
       and by the sd Will when Relacon thereunto being had more
       fully and att Large it doth and may app.r  And Whereas I
       the sd John Taillor being willing and Desireous to recover &
       Receive my afsd Debt of one hundred sixty and seven pounds
       together w.th Lawfull Interest for the same out of the Reall
       and parsonall Estate of the sd Joseph Williams aforesaid
       Now Know Yee That I the sd John Taillor for the
       Reasons and Consideracons afsd have Made Ordained Constituted
       and appointed and by these p.rsents doe Make ordaine Constitute
       and appoint my well beloved Friend George Ashman of the
       County of Baltamore afsd in the province of Maryland afsd
       M.rch.t my True and Lawfull Att.ry for me and in my Name
       and for my use to Aske Demand and receive of & from y.e
       Heirs Execu.rs and Adm.rs of the said Joseph Williams all and
       every such sume and sumes of Money as Now is or hereafter
       shall be Due unto me from the sd Joseph Williams for principall
       or Interest as afsd & from them or some or one of them or
       out of some or all or any of y.e Messuages Lands or Tenements plantacons
       or any other the Estate w.tsoever that any wayes was belonging
       or in any wise were appertaining to the sd Joseph Will.s
       at the time of his Death to recover and receive the said sume
       and sumes of Money Due or to be Due unto me as afsd &
       upon Non paym.t thereof to use take and prosecute all
       Lawfull wayes & Means either in Law or Equity for every
       of the same of the sd Heirs Execu.rs or adm.rs of the
       said Joseph Williams or out of his sd Messuage Lands or
       Tenem.ts plantacons or any other the Estate of the sd Joseph
       Williams as afsd & upon paym.t thereof the sd Heirs Execu.rs
       and adm.rs to Discharge & acquittances for the same or
