       This Indenture made the fifth Day of
       October In the Twelth yeare of the Rayne
       of our Soveraine Lord King William and
       In the yeare of our Lord God one thousand
       Seaven hundred Between John Prindewell
       of the County of Ann Arundell in the province
       of Maryland plant.r of the pty and
        George Westall of the County and province
       aforesaid Plant.r of the other part witnesseth
       that the said John prindewell as well for
       and In Consideration of the full and Just  
       Fifty five pounds Starling Mony of England
       to him well and truly payed and Delivered
       by the said George Westall the resept whereof
       the said Jn.o Prindewell Doth hereby acknowledg
       and therewith to be fully Contented and
       payed and thereof and every part and pcell
       thereof the said George westall Doth acquit
       Exonarrate and Discharge for Ever by these
       psents Hath Given granted bargained
       aliened Enfeoffed Sold and Confirmed and
       by these psents for himselfe and his heires
       Doth fully freely Clarely and Absolutely
       Give grant Bargaine and sell alien
