       Effects and things of what Quallity soever
       Due Oweing ^belonging^ apertaineing unto me in the
       said province Either by bill of Exchange bond
       note Contract promise acco.t or by any other
       ways or meanes whatsoever Giveing and by
       these presents Granting unto my said attorney
       all my full power and absolute authority
       in the p.rmises all such person or persons whome
       it Doth Concerne their Executors adm.rs and Goods
