148 are held and firmely bound unto the Hon.ble Thomas Lawrence Esq.r his mas.ts prncipall sec.ry of maryland in the sume of five hundred pounds of Lawfull money of England to be paid to the said Thomas Lawrence Esq.r or his certaine attorney his Executors adm.rs or assignes to which paym.t well and truely to be made we bind us and Every and Either of us our and Every and Either of our heires Executors and adm.rs Joyntly and severaly for the whole and in the whole firmely by these psents sealed w.th our seales and Dated the last Day of apr.ll in the Twelfth Yeare of his maj.ts reigne &c.a annoq.r Dm 1700 The Condicon of this Obligcon is such that w.ras the above named Tho Lawrence Esq.r have Given & Granted unto the abovenamed Tho Tench Esq.r a pmitt to Depart this province w.thout lett hinderance mollestation now if the said Tho Tench James Rigby and Edward Reynolds or Either of them their or Either of their heires Executors or adm.rs Doe and shall at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indempnifie save and keep harmeless the said Tho Lawrence Esq.r his heires Execut.rs and adm.rs of and from all and all maner suites trubles costs Debts or Damages that shall or may hereafter arrise for or by meanes of his Granting the afd pmitt to the af.d Tho Tench Esq.r according to the teno.r of the act of assembly in such case made and provided |
