140 Attorney Shall Convenient and further whereas theire is Decended unto me the said John Covant as Sonn and heire of the said Absolon Covant A Certaine Tract or parcle of Land Scituate Lyeing and being on the Clifts in Calvert County Called by the name of Breenock Containeing two hundred and Twelve acres of Land formerly taken up by one Games and by the said Absolon Pchased of one John Edmondson Decd and now in poscession of the orphans of one Tho Cleverly Deceaced and for as much as the aforesaid Tract of Land and plantacon have been a long time and is still held and unjustly Detained from me therefore I Doe hereby Give unto you my said attorney for me and in my name and to my use my full and absolute power to sue for and recover the same by any Legally and Lawfull methods as by my said atto.ry shall seem meete and the person or persons in possession thereof to Eject and amove from the same and thereupon for me and my name to take possession thereof or any part thereof in the name of the whole and further for the better and more Effectually recovering of the said Land and premises I Give unto my said attorney |
