       This Indenture made the
       Twenty Nineth day of May in the Tenth yeare of
       the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord William the third
       by the Grace of God of England Scotland France &
       and Ireland King defender of the faith &c.a  Between
       James Bigger of Charles County in the Province
       of Maryland Gent and Margarett his wife of the
       one parte  And George Spicer of Calvert County in
       the said Province of Maryland Planter on the other
       parte  Wittnesseth that whereas the said James
       Bigger had Surveyd and laid out for him the Twenty
       fifth day of October One Thousand six hundred
       Ninety and Fower by John Leach Dep.ty Survey.r under
       Capt Richard Smith Surveyor Gen.ll of the said province
       of Maryland  All That Tract or parcell of
       land called the Forrest lyeing and being in the
       afd County of Calvert (but since the devision of y.e
       Countys by virtue of An Act of Assembly the said pcell
       of land lyeth parte in Charles County and parte in
       Prince Georges County both in the said Province of
       Maryland (On the west side of Pattuxent river in
       the woods  And in the forke of A Branch called
       Zachiak Branch Beginning at A Bounded white
       Oake standeing by a small branch side thence with
       a line drawne North west One hundred perches to A
       bounded Locust Tree being a bouned Tree of a parcell
       of land formerly surveyd for Maj.r Thom.s Trueman
       Called the Woolves Denn thence with a line drawne
       west Ninety six perches to a bounded Black Oake
       standeing by a path side called mattawoeman path
       thence west by North Ninety Fower Perches to a
