(100 Adm.rs and assignes or their Councell Lerned in the Law shalbe reasonable devised advised or required for the better assureing sure makeing and Conveyeing and for the Cleare and absolute haveing of the said Tract of Land and pmises In witness whereof the said James murra hath hereunto sett his hand and seale the day and yeare first above written sealed signed and delivered James Murra (seale) in the psence of us his Cadwareder CI Jo^a^nes marke on the back of the foregoeing Tho Bale Deed was Indorsed Memorandum That the w.thin written deed was acknowledged to be the right title and intrest and proper Estate of the w.thin named thomas odell and to be and remaine to him his heires and assignes for Ever it being acknowledged before us by the said James murra this sixtenth day of Aprill one thousand seaven hundred and it is over will and pleasure that the said within written deed and this our Testimony may be re^c^orded in the Book of recons in Baltemore County where the said Land Lyeth or in the provinciall Court of this province of maryland before us the day and yeare above written being two of the Justices of the provinciall Court John Thompson Likewise Endorsed James Round June the 1 1700 Then recd of the within named Tho odell the sume of twelve shillings sterl being for allenacon fine of the sid Land within menconed being for the use of M.r Rich.d 13½ Benitt and M.r James Heath and Comp.a as witness my hand Tho Reynolds sher |
