                               Appertaining and the Reversion & Reversions Remainder & Remainders of all & singular the
                               before mentioned premises And also all the Estate right Title Interest profits Claime & Demand
                               whatsoever of him the s.d Jacob Harnis of in or unto the same & all pattins Deeds writings &
                               Evidences touching or Conserning the s.d p.rmises or any part or parcell thereof To have &
                               to hold the s.d two hundred Acres of Land and all and singular other the p.rmisses hereby
                               granted bargaind and sold or herein mentioned or Intended to be Granted Bargaind
                               & sold with their & every of their Rights members & appurtenances whatsoever unto y.e s.d
                               Jacob Blangey his heirs and assignes to the only proper use and behoofe of y.e s.d Jacob Blangey

                               heirs and assigns against all & every manner of person or persons whatsoever shall & will for
                               ever after warr.t and Defend by these p.rsence and the s.d Jacob Harnis for himself his heirs
                               Ex.rs and Adm.rs and for every of them doth Covenant Grant & Agree to and with the s.d Jacob
                               Blangey his heirs and assignes in Manner & Form following that is to say y.t he the s.d Jacob
                               Harnis now at y.e ensealing of these p.rsent Indenture Hath good Right full Power & Lawfull
                               authority in himself to grant bargain sell & convey all and singular the before hereby
                               granted or mentioned to be Granted p.rmises with theire & every of their appurtenances unto
                               the s.d Jacob Blangey his heirs & assignes in Manner & Form afores.d the Rents & services
                               hereafter to become due for the same to the Lord Proprietory all wages excepted & foreprized
                               and further that he the s.d Jacob Harnis his heirs & assignes shall & will from time to time
                               and at all times hereafter during the space of seven years at the Request & at y.e Charge &
                               Costs in the Land of him the s.d Jacob Blangey his heirs & assignes make doe acknowledge
                               execute and suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged executed & sufferd all & every such
                               further and other act or acts thing or things Device or Devices assureance or assureances
                               whatsoever Requisite in the premises for the better & Firmer Conveying & more sure making
                               of the s.d Bargained premises unto Jacob Blangey his heirs & assignes for ever be it by Enrolem.t
                               of the p.rmises Fyne Feoffm.t or otherwise or by any such Lawfull way or means as by him y.e
                               s.d Jacob Blangey his heirs & assignes or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devise

       This Indenture made the nineteenth day of Octob.r in the year of our Lord One thousand six hundred Ninety and Seven
       Between Anthony Workman of Kent Island in Talbot County in the Province of Maryland Gent and Joan his wife of
       the one part and Mary Slavey of the s.d County place and Province afores.d Planter of the other part Witnesseth That y.e
       s.d Anthony Workman and Joan his wife for and in Consideracon of the sum of thirty seven pounds and Ten shillings
       Currant Money to him the s.d Anthony Workman paid by the s.d Morris Slavey at and before the ensealing and delivery
       of these p.rsents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledg and thereof he doth hereby acquit and discharge y.e s.d Morris
       Slavey his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs by these p.rsents Hath given Granted Bargaind and Sould and by these p.rsents Doth give grant
       bargain and sell unto him the s.d Morris Slavey his heirs and assignes all that Tract and parcell of Land Called
       Timber Ridge scituate lying & being on the Island of Kent in the province afores.d that is to say all that is within the
       Bounds hereafter specifyed clear of any anticuler survey then the date of the s.d p.rmises w.ch lyeth between the
       head of pigquarter & Corces Creek begining at a marked white oake in the woods & runing for Breadth North North East Two
       hundred and Forty pearches to another marked white oake standing by a swamp side and from the s.d white oake by a
       line drawn west north west for Length one hundred Eighty and Eight pearches then by a line Drawn from the end
       of the west north west line south sou west two hundred and Forty pearches then by a streight line Drawn to the
       first bounded white oak containing and now laid out for Two hundred & Fifty acres together with all Rights
       and Profits or Bennefits thereunto belonging or in any wayes appertaining or conteining the s.d premises or any part
       or parcell thereof To have and to hold the said tract or parcell of Land with all and singular the Rights and
       members and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Morris Slavey
       his heirs and assignes for ever and the s.d Anthony Workman and Joan his wife doth for themselves their heirs & Ex.rs Covenant
       and Grant unto the s.d Morris Slavey his heirs Ex.rs & Assignes that they the s.d Anthony Workman and Joan his wife
