774 (756 Edward ad Caroline his heirs and Assignes by these p.rsents in Manner & Forme followeing that is to say that they y.e said John Charlett & Mary his Wife Richard Kings and Katherine his wife John Salter and Mary his Wife And Nathan.ll Bryan and Frances his Wife or some or one of them at the time of the Ensealeing and Delivery of these p.rsents are or is the true sole and Lawfull Owner or Owners of the said Messuages plantacons and all and singular other the p.rmisses with their & every of their appurtenances and that they or some or one of them now hath or have in themselves good Right and full power true title & Lawfull and absolute Authority to grant release & Confirme y.e s.d Messuages plantacons & p.rmisses unto the said Edward Carleton his heirs & Assignes for ever in forme aforesaid According to the true intent and Meaneing of these p.rsents And alsoe that ^he^ the said Edward Carleton his heirs & Assignes & every of them shall and may from time time and at all times hereafter peacably and quietly have hold and enjoy the said Messuages plantacons and all & singular other the p.rmisses before Menconed And shall & may Receive and take all and singular all the Rents Issues & proffitts thereof to his and their Owne use & uses without any Lett suite Trouble Molestacon interruption Eviction or Disturbance of or by them the s.d John Charlett & Mary his Wife Richard Kings & Katherine his Wife John Salter & Mary his Wife and Nathaniel Bryan and Frances his Wife their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes or any of them or of or by any other p.rson or p.rsons whatsoever Lawfully Claimeing or to Claime by from or und.r them or any of them or by from or under the said Richard Charlett and Anne Charlett or Either of them by his her their or any of their Estate right title Interest Assent Consent Meanes Default or procurement And Moreover that y.e s.d John Charlett and Mary his Wife Richard Kings and Katherine his Wife John Salter and Mary his Wife And Nathaniel Bryan and Frances his Wife or their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs And all and every other pson or persons Lawfully Claimeing or which shall or may Lawfully Claime Any Estate right title or Interest of in unto or out of the said messuages plantacons and p.rmisses or any part or parcell thereof by from or under him them or any of them or by from or under the said Richard Charlett And Anne Charlett or Either of them shall and will from time to time And at all times hereafter Dureing the space of seaven years now next ensueing the Date hereof upon every Reasonable request And at the Cost and Charges in the Law of the s.d Edward Carleton his heirs and assignes Doe Make Acknowledge Levy and Execute & Suffer or cause or procure to be Made Done Acknowledged Leavyed Executed and Suffered all and every such further and other Lawfull and Reasonable Act Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the farther better and more perfect Conveying and Assureing of the p.rmisses hereby granted or intended to be hereby Granted or Conveyed and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Edward Carleton his heirs and Assignes for ever according to the true intent and meaneing of their bee it fine or fines deed or deeds inrolled or not inroled the inrollment of these p.rsents Recovery or Recoverys with one or more voucher or vouchers or by all or any the said Wayes or Meanes or by any other Lawfull or Reasonable |
