       encombrances had Made Comitted don or sufferred By the s.d Eliz.a
       Carter or y.e s.d Edward Carter decd or any p.rson or p.rsons Lawfully Claimeing
       (Except as afd) And The s.d Elizabeth Carter for her selfe her heirs Ex.rs
       Administrato.rs & Assignes And for ever of them doth Covenant Grant and
       Agree to and with the said Rich.d Bennett his heirs & Assignes By these
       p.rsents that shee the said Elizabeth Carter her heirs or Assignes & the
       heirs and Assignes of the s.d Edward Carter decd And all and every p.rson &
       p.rsons Claimeing und.r her him them or them shall & will from time
       to time & att all times hereafter Att and upon the Lawfull and
       Reasonable Request And at the proper Costs & Charges of the s.d Richard
       Bennett his heirs and Assignes Make Leavy execute and suffer or Cause to
       be Made Leavyed or sufferred all & every such further & Lawfull & Reasonable
       Act and Acts thing & things devices & assurences in the Law Whatever
       for the further Better More shure parfect And Absolute Conveying settling
       Assureing & Sure Makeing of the sd Manner with the appurtenances to uses
       before in these p.rsents Menconed his by the said Richard Bennett his heirs or
       Assignes or his or their Councill Larned in the Law shall be Reasonably advised
       and Required And for the Better Execucon of these p.rsents the said Eliz.a
       Carter hath hereby Made and Constituted And in her steed & place putt &
       appointed Coll S.t Leiger Codd M.r James Roach M.r Henry Lowe and M.r Robert
       Carvile or any two of them to be her true & Lawfull Attorneys for and
       in the Name place and steed of the said Eliz.a Carter to enter into &
       have & take full and peaceable possession And seizen of the s.d Mannor
       & p.rmisses with appurtenances before by these p.rsents Granted Bargained Sold
       & Confirmed unto the said Richard Bennett or of any part thereof in the
       Name of the whole & After Entry soe had & Made & possession and
       seizin soe had & taken as afd to deliver possession and seizen thereof unto
       the s.d Rich.d Bennett his heirs & Assignes to be had & held unto y.e s.d Rich.d Bennett
       his heirs & Assignes for ever According to y.e forme & effect of these p.rsents and to doe
       p.rforme and execute any other Act or thing that shall be necessary touching
       the p.rmisses Aswell for the Acknowledgeing & intayleing this p.rsent deed
       According to the Custimary Manner of the s.d Province of Maryland
       or for any other Matter or thing Whatsoever According to the said
