       The Court being called then was read theire Maj.ties Commission w.ch
       Followeth William & Mary by the grace of God of England Scotland
       France & Ireland King & Queen Defend.rs of the Faith &c.a To Coll
       Nicholas Greenbury Cap.t John Addison Cap.t John Courts and Doct.r
       John Brookes Greeting Whereas David Mills, James Robertson
       Andrew Barnes and John Grosse marryners & saylers of the shipp
       Ann of Newcastle in the Kingdome of England Whereof at p.rsent
       Thomas Anderson is Master John Cape M.rchant & Francis Partis & Comp.a
       resident in England are supposed owners have complained and humbly prayed
       to be relieved against the sd shipp Now Riding at Anchor in Great Choptanck
       River in Talbott County in our Province of Maryland for theire Just
       wages due from the said shipp illegally and unjustly detayned from
       them Wee willing that speedy and equall Justice should be impartially
       and indifferently administred to all p.rsons and well knowing that
       nothing cann be more advantageous to trade on the one side and more
       proper for the releife of p.rsons under such circumstances on the other
       side then a quick dispatch in the proceedings of Maritime affaires
       and being also well assured or your Abilityes Integrityes sound Judgm.t
       and understandings therein Wee have authorized constituted and appointed
       as by these p.rsents Wee doe Constitute and appoiunt you the sd Nicholas
       Greenbury John Addison John Courts and John Brookes or any three
       of you of which whereof you the sd Nicholas Greenbury & John Addison or
       one of you to bee alwaies one to be Judges of a Court of admiralty to be held
       at our Citty of S.t Maryes the twelveth day of Octob.r next for the tryall and
       condemnation or acquittall of the sd shipp togeather with all her Gunns
       Tackle Amunition Furniture and apparell and also to call and comand to come
       before you at the day & place afsd as well the said complainants prosecut.rs
       as the parties above menconed Defendants and all & Every other p.rson or p.rsons
       whatsoever therein interested or concerned or by whom the truth of the p.rmisses
       may the better be knowne and discovered hereby also Authorizing & impowering
       you the sd Nicholas Greenbury John Addison John Courts & John Brookes
