577) 587 and Release the said Barnaby Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for ever And by these present hath Given Granted Aliened Bargained Sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the said Barnaby Ancketill his heires Execut.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for ever from him the sd George Thompson from his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for ever All that Parcell of Land called Barnabyes Exchange Lying scituating and being in S.t Maries County in S.t Maries hundred being a part of the Land of Massom and the Land thereunto Adjoyning Now in the p.rper Tenure Possession and Occupation of the s.d George Thompson Begining at a Pokikory marked on the West side thereof with five Notches in forme of a Crosse and standing in a Valley Called Barnabies Valley and Runing from the s.d Pokikory dew West for breadth the length of one hundred & Eight p.rches to a white oake Marked likewise with five Notches in the forme of a Crosse thence Runing with the New Road along the s.d Road for the lenth of Two hundred and Forty p.rches to another Red oake marked as aforesaid with five Notches in the forme of a Crosse on the East side thereof then Runing East unto another marked white oake marked with a Cross with the afsd five Notches standing in Massoms Easterly line and on the Edge of the high ground then Runing with the Edge of the high ground on the top of the hills to the first bound tree containing and Now laid out for Two hundred and Fifty Acres bee the same More or less (to be holden of the said Thompsons Land called Massom hee the said Barnaby Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes paying there fore yearly at or upon the Tenth day of November unto the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes of the said Land called Massom the full & Just sume of Tenn shillings Sterling Mony With all and singular the Rights Jurisdictions and appurtenances Togeather with all Meadows feedings pastures wood underwood profitts Comodities Common of pastur hereditements and appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Messuage Tenement or p.rmisses or to any part or p.rcell thereof belonging or in any Manner of ways appertaining To have & to hold the said p.rcell of land and all and singular the p.rmisses hereby granted Bargained and sould with that and Every of their Rights members and appurtenances Whatsoever unto the said Barnaby Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes and to his and their use and behoofe for Ever and That the said Barnaby Ancketill his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs and Assignes and Every of them shall & May by force & Vertue of these p.rsents from time to time and at all times for Ever hereafter Lawfully peaceably and Quitly have hold use occupie possess and Enjoy the said Parcell of land and all and singular the befor Granted p.rmisses with their and Every of their Rights Members and appurtenances and have Receive and take the issues and Profitts thereof to his and their owne p.rper use and Behoofe for Ever without any Lawfull Lett suite trouble Deniall Interruption Eviction or Disturbance of the said George Thompson his heires Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes or of by any other p.rson or p.rsons Whatsoever Lawfully claiming by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their Meanes Act Consent Title interest privities or procurement and freely and cleerly Acquited Exonerated and Discharged and from time to time well & sufficiently saved & keep harmless from all |
