       The said Thomas Greenfeild & Francis Buckton & John Tanry all three of them being
       then present Made oath that the foregoing writeing was the truth the whole truth and
       nothing but the truth to the best of their Knowledge sworne before us

                                                                                                    George Lingem

       Hereupon Henry Lowe Richard Smith Michaell Taney & George J Lingem or any three of
       them are by the Court here by the Consent of the Attorneys for plt & Defendant Assigned
       Auditors to Audite state & Examine the Accompts of the said Richard Marsham John
       Hance & Sarah Warren Executors of the said Basill Warren belonging to the said Edward
       & Dudley Carleton and the said auditors are hereby the Court Assigned to meet at the house
       of Richard Marsham of Calvert County on the Eleaventh Day of this Instant January
       and to make their thereof to this Court on the Nineteenth Day of January instant
       following which Commission is as followeth (viz.t)

       Charles Absolute Lord and Prop.ry of the Provinces of the Provinces of Maryland and
       Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c To M.r Henry Lowe M.r Richard Smith M.r Michaell
       Taney and M.r George Lingam of Calvert County in the Province of Maryland Gen.t Greeting
       Whereas Richard Marsham John Hance & Sarah Warren Ex.rs of Bazell Warren late of Calvert
       County deceased was Attached to Answer unto Edward Carleton and Dudley Carleton of London
       Merchants of a Plea of Trespass upon the Case and for that the said parties have Proceeded
       in Our Court of Oyer and Terminer for this Cause Especially Appointed and held at Our
       City of S.t Maries in our said Province of Maryland of in and upon the Premisses so far
       that the Judgement is by the Justices of our said Court of Oyer and Terminer awarded
       that the said Richard Marsham John Hance and Sarah Warren Ex.rs of the aforesaid Bazell
       Warren should Render an Acco.tt to the said Edward Carleton and Dudley Carleton of all the
       Goods Wares and Merchandizes which were received by the aforesaid Bazell Warren in his
       life time belonging to the said Edward and Dudley Carleton And that all Bookes Invoices
       and other Papers whatsoever Relateing to the Premisses should be by the Ex.rs of the said Bazell
       Warren produced before the abovesaid Henry Lowe Richard Smith Michaell Taney George
       Lingam or any three of them Wee doe therefore hereby authorize and appoint you the said
       Henry Lowe Richard Smith Michaell Taney & George Lingam or any three of you to be auditors
       to audite state and Examine all Acco.tts of the said Bazell Warren dec.d relateing or belonging to the
       aforesaid Edward and Dudley Carleton of London Merchants and that you meet at the House
       of M.r Richard Marshams of Calvert County on Friday next being the Eleaventh Day of this instant
       January thereto audite state and Examined the said acco.tts And you are hereby further ordered
       Impowered and Appointed to Administer Oath or Oaths to any Wittness or Wittnesses that shall be
       produced before you by Either of the said Parties Relateing to the Premisses And the said
       Acco.tts (after Mature Deliberacon thereupon had) when Audited and stated by you the
       Auditors aforesaid that then you make Report thereof to our said Justices of our said Court
       to be held at our City of S.t Maries aforesaid the Nineteenth Day of this instant January under
       your hands and seales and for your Proceedings herein this shall be your sufficient Warrant
       Wittness our self the Eighth Day of January in the xiiii Year of Our Dominion &c Annoq
       Domini 1688

       and the Defendants in their owne persons And the said Henry Lowe Richard Smith Michaell
       Taney and George Lingam made returne of the Commission aforesaid with their Reports
