       thenceforth it shall & may be lawfull to & for the said John Abington or
       his certaine Attorney his Heires Executors Adm.rs or Assignes into & upon all
       & singular the said bargained or demised premisses and every part and
       pcell thereof wholly to Enter And the same peaceably & quietly have
       hold use occupie possess & enjoy without any lawfull lett suite trouble
       Clayme eviction disturbance Mollestacon or interrupcon of or by the
       said Henry Jowles his Heires Executors adm.rs or Assignes or any of them
       or of or by any other pson or psons whatsoever And that free & Cleere and
       freely & Cleerely & Absolutely Acquitted Exonerated & discharged of &
       from all ^& all^ manner of former & other grants bargaines sales leases Mortgages
       or any other Incumbrance whatsoever had mad Committed or
       done by the said Henry Jowles or by any other pson or psons whatsoever
       And That hee the said Henry Jowles his Heires Executors Adm.rs & Assignes
       & every of them All & every the before bargained or demised premisses
       and every of them unto the said John Abington his Heires Executors
       Administrators & Assignes against all & every pson & psons shall &
       will warrant & for ever defend by these presents for the terme of
       Nine Hundred Ninety & Nine Yeares which shall be then to come &
       unexpired as aforesaid And Further the said Henry Jowles for himselfe
       his Heires Executors & Adm.rs and for ever of them doth Covenant
       promise & grante to and with the said John Abington his Heires
       Executors Adm.rs & Assignes by these presents That hee the said
       Henry Jowles his Heires & Assignes & all & every other pson & psons &
       theire Heires haveing or lawfully Claymeing any Estate right title
       Intrest or other thinge of in or to the said two severall Tracts or pcells
       of Land & all other the afore menconed premisses or any part or pcell
       thereof shall & will upon every reasonable request and at the Costs and
       Charges in the law of the said John Abington his Heires & Assignes doe
       make acknowledge Execute & suffer or cause to be made donne acknowledged
       Executed & suffered from time to time & at all time ^& times^ hereafter
       for & dureing the said terme of Nine Hundred Ninety & Nine Yeares
       which shall be then to come & unexpired to the sole & onely proper use
       & behoofe of him the said John Abington his Heires & Assignes & to none
       other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Wittnesse whereof the
       pties first above named to these present Indentures theire hands and
       seales Interchangeably have sett & putt Dated the day & year first
       above written Annoq Dom 1687                     Hen Jowles (sealed
