481) 491 his wife And Philip Lewen of S.t Maries County in the Province of Maryland and Margret Lewen his wife to him his Heirs and Assignes for Ever as by one Deed of Bargaine and Sale under the Hands and Seals of the said Jonathan Clarke and Rebecca Clarke his wife and Philip Lewen and Margret Lewen his wife bearing date the Thirteenth Day of Aprill in the Third Year of the Dominion of the R.t Hono.ble Charles &c.a Annoq Domini 1678 Relation thereunto being had may more at large Appear and all Deeds Writings Pattents Evidences Chirographies of Fines Exemplificacons of Recoveries Escripts Minuements whatsoever Touching or Concerning the said Premisses or any part thereof To Have and to Hold the said pcell of Land with all the Houses and all other the p.rmisses and their Appurtenances unto the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs and Assignes for Ever And the said John Addison for himself and his Heirs the said pcell of Land and all other the Premisses with the Appurtenances unto the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs and Assignes against the said John Addison his heirs and Assignes for ever will warrant and for ever Defend And the said John Addison for himself his Heirs Execut.rs Admi.rs and Assignes and for Every of them doth Covenant Promise and Grant to and with the said Robert Hopkins To him his Heirs Ex.rs Admi.rs and Assignes in manner and forme as followeth That is to say That the said John Addison at the Time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these P.rsents is and standeth soe untill the first Execution of an Estate of and in all and singular the Premisses unto the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs and Assignes by force of these presents shall stand and be seized Lawfully to him his Heirs and Assignes for ever of and in the Bargained Premisses and of and in every pt and pcell of a Good sure and lawfull absolute & Indefezable Estate of Inheritance of Fee simple without any Condicons or Limitations Use or other thing To alter Determine or Change the same And that alsoe the said John Addison hath full Power good Right Lawfull Authority and true Title To Grant Alien Bargaine Sell and Confirme the aforesaid p.rmisses and every pt & cell of them unto the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs and Assignes in manner and form aforesaid and according to the true Intent and Meaning of these presents and alsoe that the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs and Assignes shall and may from henceforth & at all times hereafter for ever Peaceably and Quietly Have Hold Use Occupy Possess and Enjoy the said Pcell of Land and other the Pmisses above by these presents mentioned To be Bargained & sold and every Pt and Pcell thereof without the Lett Interruption or Contradiction of the said John Addison his Heirs or Assignes or of any other pson or psons Claiming from by or under him or by his means Right Title Consent privitie or procurement and further the said John Addison Doth Covenant promise and Grant for his Heirs Executors Admi.rs &c.a To and with the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs Execut.rs Admi.rs &c.a To and with every of them by these Presents That he the said John Addison & his Heirs all and every pson and psons haveing and Claimeing or which shall or may have Claime or pretend to have any manner of Estate Right Title or Interest into or out of the afore bargained premisses or any pt or pcell thereof by from or under the said John Addison shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter dureing the Tearme and space of five Years next Ensueing the Date of these Presents upon every Reasonable Request and at the Cost & Charges of the Law of the said Robert Hopkins his Heirs or Assignes Doe make acknowledge Execute and suffer or Cause to be made done Acknowledged Executed & suffered all & Every such further Act & Acts thing or things Assureances & Conveyances in the |
