       And the said Charles Lane his heirs Executors Administrators & Assignes
       and all and every of them & every other pson or psons whatsoever Lawfully
       Claiming by from or under him them or any of them shall and will
       Warrant and for ever Defend the before mentioned Premisses unto the
       aforesaid John Rively his heirs Exe.rs Adm.rs and Assignes for ever according
       to the true intent and meaning of the before mentioned premisses to all
       intents and purposes whatsoever In Wittness whereof the pties before mentiond
       to these present Indentures have hereunto sett their hands & fixed their seales
       the day and year above specified

       This day came the within Mentioned Charles Land & Acknowledged
       this within specified Indenture to bee his Act deed and Marÿ wife of
       the said Charles Lane who being privately examined whether shee
       did freely & of her owne good will (without any threats feare or Compultion
       of her said husband) Consent to the within specified sayle of the within
       mentioned Land did Before us underwritten Acknowledge that shee did
       freely Consent thereunto and withall for ever hereafter freely Relinquish
       all her Right Title Interest propertie Claime & demand of her thirds
       thereunto In Wittness whereof Wee have hereunto sett our hands this 24.th
       daÿ of Aprill A.o 1688

       Know all men by these Presents That Wee Nathaniel Trimble Comd.r of the
       ship Nathaniel of Belfast & W.m Robinson Merchant of the said ship of Belfast
       Do Oblidge & bind our selves by these presents to Keep Clear and harmless Richard
       Durham of the Clifts of all bonds and obligacons of what sort soever Relateing
       or Tending to the Clearing of the said ship Nathaniell either as to her Entering
       in England or to Answering bills of Exchange drawn for London by the said
       Nathaniell & William in both which he is Concerned for the which well and
       truely to be done Wee bind us & either of us Joyntly & severally in the Penal
       summe of Two Thousand Pounds sterling &c Wittness our Hands and seals
       this Fifth Day of June in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand six hundred
       Eighty & five
