       To M.r George Parker one of the Attorneys of his Lordshipps
       Provinciall Court
      
       I pray Appeare for mee Rebeccah Lytefoote the Relict and
       Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Thomas Lytefoote
       late of Baltemore County deceased and Receive a declaration att
       the suite of Coll Thomas Tayler and John Tayler Merchant for the
       sume of Five hundred forty and fower pounds of sterling money
       of England debts soe that Judgment may Immediatly pass against
       the Estate of Thomas Lytefoote deceased by non sum Informatus or
       otherwise and for your soe doeing this shall bee your sufficient
       Warrant Given under my hand and seal dated the fifteenth day
       of March Annoq Domini 1687

       The Court now sitting proceeds to makeing of certaine by Lawes for
       the better Rule order and Good Goverm.t of the said Citty of S.t Marys
       which are as follow in these words vizt

Imp.rs  It is thought fitt & convenient to be ordeyned Established and Enacted And it is
       by the Mayor Recorder Aldermen & Comon Councill men of the said Citty of
       S.t Marys Established ordeyned & Enacted that all and every parcell of Land
