          To all Christian People to whom these presents shall come
       to bee seene read or heard I Israell Morgan of the Citty of
       London in the Kingdome of England Merchant and now resident
       att the Clifts in Calvert County in the Province of Maryland
       send greeting Know yee That I the said Israell Morgan for
       divers good causes and Vallewable Consideracons mee thereunto
       especially moveing Have made constituted ordeyned assigned
       deputed authorized and appointed and by these presents doe make
       constitute ordeyne assigne depute authorize appointe and putt
       my trusty and well beloved freind Samuell Holsworth of the Clifts
       in Calvert County aforesaid planter my true and lawfull deputy
       and Attorney for mee and in my name and to my onley use and
       behoofe to aske demand Levie sue for recover and receive pay and
       deliver to by order of Law Composition or otherwise howsoever off
       all and every or any person or persons whatsoever in the Province of
       Maryland (except composition with Thomas Clagett) all every or any
       sume and summes of money Tobacco and moneys worth goods wares
       Comoditys merchandizes dues and demands whatsoever which now is or
       are or which att any time hereafter shall become due oweing payable
       comeing or belonging to mee either by upon or for Bill bond Book acc.t
       speciallty or otherwise howsoever in the s.d Province of Maryland And
       the same person and persons or any of them upon or for his her or their
       denyall non payment satisfieing and deliverie of or for the same or
       any part thereof to sue arrest attach Implead Imprison or Condemne
       or cause to be condemned and prosecute with Effect to Judgement and
       Execucon and upon payment satisfieing and deliverie of or for the
       same or any part thereof out of prison againe to deliver and enlarge
       and for the same to acquitt release and discharge acquittances or any
       other legall discharges whatsoever for mee and in my name to make
       seale & subscribe and as my owne Act and deed to deliver and one
       Attourney or more under my said Attorney or deputy to make constitute
       and appoint and him and them att my said Attorney & deputie his
       will and pleasure to revoke countermand and make voide and Generally
       for mee and in my name to doe say act execute finish conclude and
