       W.m Guither for & in consideration of the summe of thirteen thousand pounds
       of tobacco to him in hand paid by the said John Halfehead before the ensealing
       & delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and
       thereof & of every part & parcell thereof doth clearly & absolutely acquitt and
       discharge the said John Halfehead his heirs execut.rs adm.rs & assignes by these
       presents & for the Rents and Services hereafter due & reserved & for divers
       other good causes & Considerations him thereunto moveing hath bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed & confirmed & doe by these presents bargaine sell alien enfeoffe and
       confirme unto the said John Halfehead his heirs execut.rs adm.rs & assignes KPP
       that tract parcell or Dendent of land called Brushy Neck Begining at Popes Hogg penn
       maine Runn & runing up the maine branch joyning upon the land now in the possession of
       Nicholas Guither so farr as the said branch turnes into the woods & from Popes
       Hogg Penn up the Bay to the Land of Standup Roberts called Drappers Neck & from
       the head of Popes Hogg pen runing with a line drawne North on the North of Brushy
       Neck to Stanup Roberts Land as the Certificate of Survey of the said Five thousand
       seaven hundred acres of land mentioneth be it more or lesse with all & every the Lands
       Tenements houses buildings Orchards pasture rights members & appurtences to the said
       parcell of land belonging or any wayes appurteineing together with all patents writeings
       deed Evidences grants escripts or minuments whatsoever of or concerning the same the
       said John Halfehead his heirs or assignes paying thereof yearly & every yeare unto
       the said W.m Guither his heirs execut.rs adm.rs or assignes at the now dwelling house
       at the Plantation which he the said W.m Guither lives at the rent of five bushells
       of sound Indian Sheeld Corne on the Feast of S.t Thomas the Apostle And if it shall
       happen the said yearly Rent of five bushells of Corne or any part or parcell thereof
       to be behind & unpaid after the said Feast of S.t Thomas on which the same ought
       to be paid by the space of Forty dayes that then & from thence forth it shall &
       may be lawfull to & for the said W.m Guither his heirs execut.rs & adm.rs & every or
       any of them into all & singular the said parcell of land & p.rmisses with the appurtences
       to enter repossess re enjoy have againe & deteine as in his & their former estate this
       Indenture or any thing conteined to the contrary hereof in any wise notwithstanding
       To have and to hold the said Land & premisses to the Only use & behoofe to
       him the said John Halfehead his heirs & assignes for ever And the said
       W.m Guither doth hereby for himselfe his heirs execut.rs & adm.rs covenant &
       agree to & with the said John Halfehead his heirs execut.rs & adm.rs that he the
       said W.m at the ensealing & delivery of these presents is & does Stand seized off
       the said Land & p.rmisses with the appurtennces of a firme sure good & indefeasible
       Estate of Inheritance in Fee Simple & that he hath full right good power &
       lawfull authority to grant bargaine & Sell the same to him the said Jn.o Halfehead
       and his heirs & that he will for ever warrant & defend the same to him the said
       John Halfehead his heirs & assignes against all persons whatsoever claimeing by
       from or under him the said W.m his heirs execut.rs & adm.rs the Rents & services
       due & payable to the Right Hon.ble the Lord propry & his heirs Lord & Lords
       of the Fee to be paid by the said W.m Guither his heirs & assignes for ever
       In wittnes whereof the partyes abovenamed to these p.rsent Indentures interchangeably
       have sett their hands & seales the day & yeare above written
