       and Now Laid out for fiftÿ acres of Land More or Lesse
       Together w.th all the Rights and singular the bene fitts thereunto  
       Belonging or any wayes appertaineing to the p.rmises or any part
       or anÿ percell thereof w.th all houses Edifices buildings orchards
       and Garding w.tsoever thereunto belonging w.th all and singular
       the Rights Members Jurisdictions Priviledges Profitts benefitts appertaÿning
       or thereunto belonging to have & to hold the said tracts and
       Percells of Land and all the singular bargaÿned Premisses unto him
       the said John Biscoe his heires and assignes for Ever and the said
       Robert Mason for him selfe his heires Ex.rs or adm.rs the said tracts
       off Land and all other the Bargained p.rmises unto him the
       said John Biscoe his heires and assignes against all Manner of
       Person or Persons w.tsoever Claimeing from or under him them
       and Everÿ of them shall and will from Ever hereafter warrant
       and defend him the said John Biscoe his heires and assignes the
       said John Biscoe his heires and assignes yeilding and Paying unto
       the above Named William Asbeston his heires and assignes for the
       first Mentioned tract of Land all and Every the Perticulars of Rents
       and dewes dew unto the said William Asbeston his heires and assignes
       according to a deed signed by the said Robert Mason concerning the
       said tract of Land bearing date the Eight day of November annoq.r
       Domini 1676 Reference thereunto maÿ more Plainlÿ appear
       and the said John Biscoe his heires and assignes Likewise ÿeilding
       and paÿing unto the honorable William Calvert his heires Ex.rs or
       adm.rs for the second Mentioned tract Lyeing on the North side of
       Deep Creeke all and Everÿ Perticular of Rents dewes or services
       that is due unto the said William Calvert Esq.r his heyres Ex.rs or adm.rs
       according to a deed signed by the said Robert Mason concerning the
       said Land bearing date the Twentyeth daÿ of June annoq.r Dm
       1677  Reference thereunto may More Plainly appeare in
       Wittness hereof the Partyes above Mentioned have hereunto sett
       their hands and seales the daÿ and ÿear above Written &c
signed sealed & delivered

       Memorandum that the Day and ÿear above written Susanna the wife
