           Which goes by the Name of Clockers Marshe

       Item Two hundred acres of Land to Mÿ son Brion Dalÿ Whereon I Live
          Item a young Mare Called the Rose and her Encrease to Mÿ said
          son Geore Askin and alsoe a ÿoung Cow and her Encrease and a feather bed
          and furniture to the same and a New Iron Pott and a New frying pan
          and a New Pewter Dish

       Item to Mÿ said son Brion Dalÿ a ÿoung Baÿ Mare and her Encrease
          and also a ÿoung Cow and her Encrease and a feather Bed and furniture
          to the same and a New Iron Pott and a New frÿing pan and a New
          Pewter Dish

       Item three ÿears schooling a piece for Mÿ two sons and to be brought upp
       in the Romane Catholick Religion and that Noe account be brought
          against mÿ said Children when theÿ come to age In Wittness whereof
          Wee have hereunto set our hands This Ninth of Julÿ 1685
