421) 430 Was taken up by Richard Willian father off the said Philip as by Certificate Under the hand off Robert Clarke surveyor bearing Date the sixth daÿ off May 1662 may appeare and all houses outhouses Ediffices buildings orchards gardens and all timber & timber trees wayes Easements proffits Comodities and appurtenences to the said five hundred acres off Land or anÿ part thereof belonging or in any Wise apperteÿning and all patent & patents Deeds Evidences & writings to the same alsoe belonging To have and to hold the said five hundred acres off Land and all other the pmisses w.th the appurtenences hereby bargained and sold with their and Everÿ off their appurtennces Unto the said Philip Lynes his heires and assignes to the onlÿ proper use and behoofe off the said Philip Lynes his heires and assignes for Ever to be holden off the Chief Lord or Lords off the fee or fees off the premisses by the rent & services thereoff to become due & off right accustomed And the said Philip Willian for ^him^ his heires Execut.rs & administrat.rs Doth Covenant grannt & agree to and with the said Philip Lÿnes his heires & assignes by these presents that he the said Philip Willian hath Nott at anÿ time heretoford made or granted any former or other grannt bargaine sale Lease or assigned off the said pmisses or anÿ part thereoff or other wise charged or Encumbred the same in title Charge or Estate and That the same and Everÿ and part thereoff Now is and so from henceforth shall bee remaine Continue & Endure unto y.e sd Philip Lynes and his heires & assignes Free & Cleare off & from all & all Manner off Encumbrances Done or Comitted or suffered to be done or Comitted by the said Richard Willian or the said Philip Willian or Either off them and Clearlÿ acquitted to the date hereof off & from all rent Due to the Lord prop.ry for the said Land or any part thereoff And further y.e said Philip Willian for him his heires Execut.rs & administ.rs Doth Covenant grannt & agree to & with the said Philip Lynes his heyres & assignes by these presents that the said Philip Willian & his heires shall & will at anÿ time hereafter during the space off seaven yeares Upon the request & at the Cost & Charges off the said Philip Lynes Make & grannt to the said Philip Lynes his heires & assignes such further & other assurance & assurances Conveyance & Conveÿances off the said five hundred acres off Land as by the said Philip Lynes his heires or assignes or his or their Councell Learned in the Law shall bee reasonably devised or advised & required all w.ch further assurances shall be and Endure to the only proper use & behoofe off the said Philip Lynes his heires and assignes for Ever In Witnes Whereoff the parties aforesaid to these Indent.rs interchangeably have put their hands & seales the day & yeare first above written sealed & Delivered in the The marke off presence off Jn.o Baker Philip + William Kenelm Cheseldyn sealed Gilb.t Clarke John Evins W Taylard on the backe side off the afor recited Deed was Endorsed as foll Md |
