403 (394 The possession of the said Thomas Sympson the Father Comonly Called S.t Thomas plantacon And all & Every the houses out houses Tobaccoe houses Orchards gardens & all other appurtenances to the Land ^same^ belonging or in any wayes appurteining and also all all & Every the lands apperteyning or near & adjoyning thereunto which lyeth betweene the fresh Comonly Called pyles fresh and soe Running Northwardly by the swampe side to the Branch Comonly Called the Sixty foote Branch and soe upwards to the North line of M.r Gerrards Mannor Called westwood mannor And all the Estate right title interest property Clayme & demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas the Father of in to or out of the said Premisses or any part thereof (except & alwayes reserved unto the said Thomas Sympson the father such one Roome in the dwelling house and such one halfe part of the Cellar underneath as the said Thomas the father shall please to have or make Choice of for his habitation and being duering the terme of his nrall life and free Ingresse egresse and regresse of into & out of the same att all tymes whatsoever And liberty of fire wood & pasture upon the land) To have and to hold the said Messuage or tenem.t and plantacon and premisses and the said land from the said piles fresh along the swampe side to the said sixty foote house branch and soe up the North line of westwood mannor and all other the premisses hereby given and granted or intended to be hereby given & granted (except before excepted) unto the said Thomas Sympson the sonne ^& of^ his heires and assignes To the only proper use and behoofe of the said Thomas Sympson the sonne his heires and assignes To the only proper Uuse and behoofe of the said Thomas Sympson the sonne and of his heires and assignes absolutely & for Ever Under the rents and services therefore due and of right accustomed And the said Thomas Sympson the father doth for him and his heires Covenant and promise That he the said Messuague or tenem.t land & p.rmisses hereby given and granted (except before excepted) he the said Thomas the father to him the said Thomas the sonne & his heires shall and will warrant and for Ever defend by these presents In Wittnes whereof the pties aforesaid to these Ind.ts interchangeably have put their hands and seales the day and yeare first above written Sealed and delivered by the within named Tho Sympson Thomas Sympson the Elder after interlining of the words (and pasturage) in the p.rsence of W.m Guither Richd Lloyd Tho Gunwin Clk November y.e 1 1686 Then Came before us Thomas Sympson sen.r and acknowledged this within mentioned Deede of Gift to bee his Free and Vollontery Actt Tho Mudd W.m Boarman Jun.r |
