       And Elizabeth his said wife and the heires of the said Elizabeth shall and will at any
       time hereafter at the Reasonable Request cost and Charges in the Law of the said William
       Sharpe his heires and assigness make do acknowledge Levye suffer and Execute or cause
       to be had made done Executed acknowledged Leveyed Exonerated and finished all and Every
       such other Conveyance and assurance in the Law for the further assuring and more perfect
       suremaking of the bargained premisses with thappurtinances except as before is Excepted unto y.e
       Said William Sharpe his heires and assignes for Ever as by the said William Sharpe his heires or assignes
       or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonable devised advised or Required which
       said which said Conveyance and assureance soe to be hade & made as aforesaid of the said
       Bargained pmisses with the appurtinances thereunto (except as before is excepted) shall be and
       Enure and shall be adjudged Exponded and taken to be and Enure to the onely propper use and
       behoofe of the said William Sharpe his heires and Assignes absolutely for Ever and to and for
       non other use Intent or purpose whatsoever In wittness Whereof the parties abovenamed to
       these present Indentures Interchangeably their hands and seales have putt the day and year first above

       William Dixon and Elizabeth his wife came before me this 16.th day of Sept.r 1684 and
       there did acknowledge the within mentioned bill of sale to be their act and deed to be their act &
       deed and the sd Elizabeth doth declare that she did it freely of her owne accord without threats or
       feare of her said Husband in wittness of the truth of y.e same ^we^ have sett too one hand the day
       and yeare abovesaid

       Know all men by these presents that I Anthony Wood of Liverpoole in the County of
       Lancaster Ironmongar have Assigned Ordained and made and in my stead and place
       putt and Constituted my trusty and well beloved friend Capt Robert Crossman of the
       same towne and County aforesaid ^navigator^ to be my true and Lawfull Attorny for me in my
       name and to my use to aske demand sue for Levie Require Recover and Receive of
       and from Marke Cordea all such summe and sums of mony as have hereafter or shall
       become due the Twenty fifth day of December next according to Instruments of writting
       for the same under the said Cordeas hand penalty foure hundred & Eighty pounds which
       said Instruments of writting Relation being thereinto had doth and may make more
       at Large and full or appear I therefore the said Anthony Wood unto my said Attorny
       Cap.t Robert Crossman Do hereby Authorize and Impower him my said Attorny or any other
       Lawfull Attorny that he shall make Constitute and appoint under him substitute or [illegible]
       under him them or any of them as ocasione shall Require in all cases Courts causes and
       places whatsoever to Impeach sue for Recover and Implead and condemne in all device
       or devices Legally the Law Required or allowes for the Better Recovery of the p.rmisses
       aforesaid and againe at the pleasure and discreasion of my said Attorny his Lawfull
       Attorny substitute or substitutes under him them or any of them to compound
       Release or discharge the said Cordea off and from the premisses aforesaid The
