259 (249 bee made acknowledged and suffered all and every such further lawfull and reasonable Act and Acts thing and things device and devices Assureance and Assureances in the law whatsoever which shall or may be for the further better and perfect assureing and suremakeing and Conveying of the said parcell of land and all and singuler other the said p.rmisses and every part and parcell thereof with their and every of the appurtences to the said William Cromwell his heires and Assignes and to his and their owne proper use and behoofe for ever Bee it by fine or fines Recovery or Recoverys with One or more Voucher or Vouchers Deed or Deeds Indented or Enrolled the Enrollment of these p.rsents Feoffment release or Confirmacon with warranty as aforesaid or without warranty or by all any or as many of the said wayes or meanes or by any other lawfull or reasonably wayes or meanes whatsoever as by the said William Cromwell his heires or Assignes or by any his or their Councell learned in the law shall bee reasonably Devised advised or required And it is Covenanted granted concluded declared and fully agreed by and between the said partys to these p.rsents And the true intent and meaning of the said partys to these p.rsents is and is hereby declared to bee That as well these p.rsents as all and every further assureance and assureances of the said parcell of land and all other the said p.rmisses or any of them or any part thereof which shall or may att any time or times hereafter to be had made leavyed acknowledged Suffered or executed by or between the said partys to these p.rsents or any of them or any other person or persons by their or any of their direccon Nominacon or appointment shall bee and enure and shall be adjudged deemed construed and taken to bee and enure to the only proper use and behoofe of the said William Cromwell And of his heires and assignes for Ever And to and for none other use intent or purpose whatsoever In witness whereof the partys first above named to these p.rsent Indentures their hands and seales interchangeably have sett and putt the day and yeare first above written Annoq.r Dm 1681 Richard Johns (sealed) Signed sealed and delivered the in the p.rsence of mark E I of Sam.ll Bourne Elizabeth Johns (sealed Tho Sterling Geo Parker W.m Holland On y.e back of the aforegoeing Deed was Endorsed as follows viz.t Memorand The within written Deed with the lands and p.rmisses therein menconed was before us the first day of January One thousand six hundred Eighty and Two acknowledged by the within named Richard Johns to be the right of the within named William Cromwell his heires and assignes for ever And att the same day and time Elizabeth Johns the wife of the said Richard Johns secretly examined out of the hearing of her said husband did Freely clearly and voluntaryly confess that she did give up all and singular her right title Dowry claime and demand (whatsoever |
