       by his occasion of prosecuteing the said p.rmisses seaven thousand Eight hundred & sixty
       pounds of Tobacco and also for his the said Blaggs Cost of suite therein One thousand
       forty Two pounds of Tobacco W.ch in all amounts to the aforesaid sume of Fourteene
       Thousand Nine hundred and Two pounds of Tobacco For w.ch the aforesaid Thomas
       Gerrard as Attorney to the aforesaid Gerrard Slye and the aforesaid Thomas Lomax
       Did both the day and Yeare aforesaid before mee freely and voluntarily Confesse Judgm.t
       for the aforesaid sume of Fourteene thousand nine hundred and two pounds of Tobacco
       According to an Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided In Testimony
       Whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name The day and Yeare above written
