SECTION 7. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That
authorization is hereby granted to disburse such Federal
Revenue Sharing Trust Funds (transfer to General Fund),
not elsewhere appropriated, to support the appropriations
for the State Retirement Systems in the 1975 and 1976
fiscal years.

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That pursuant
to the provisions of Article III, Section 52(5a) of the
Constitution of Maryland, the following total of all
proposed appropriations and the total of all estimated
revenues available to pay the appropriations for the 1976
fiscal year is submitted:
