Appropriations are to be
disbursed by the Treasury
Department to eligible insti-
tutions on transmittal from
the State Scholarship Board
in accordance with regulations
prescribed by said Board and
the provisions of Article 77A,
Section 57 of the 1957 Annota-
ted Code and the 1974 Cumulative
Supplement. This appropria-
tion is contingent upon the
eligible colleges complying
with the provisions of Arti-
cle 85A of the 1957 Annota-
ted Code.
