matching purposes in the event Federal
Funds are available. This appropriation
is contingent upon the school complying
with the provisions of Article 85A, Sec-
tion 16 of the 1957 Annotated Code and
the 1974 Cumulative Supplement.

36.01.03.02 Blind Industries and Services of Maryland
Appropriations are to be disbursed by the
Treasury Department on transmittal from
the State Department of Education, in
accordance with regulations prescribed
by said State Department of Education.
Any part of this appropriation may
be used for matching purposes in the e—
vent Federal Funds are available. Pro-
vided, however, that not exceeding the
total amount budgeted, the Board
of Public Works shall have the
authority to change the method of
payment and the amount of payment
at its discretion. That no part
of the appropriation disbursed to
the Blind Industries of Maryland
by the Treasury Department may be
expended unless and until a detailed
budget allocation schedule is
approved by the Board of Public
Works. This appropriation is
contingent upon the
workshop complying with the provisions
of Article 85A, Section 16 of the 1957
Annotated Code and the 1974 Cumulative
Supplement.
