35.06.03.01 Trucking Enforcement

Funds appropriated to the Department of
Transportation—Office of the Secretary
will be utilized to support on a
contractual basis enforcement of
truck weight and size limitations.
Authorization is hereby granted to
use such payments from the Department
of Transportation as Reimbursable Funds
for operating expenses under Program
35.06.03.01 Trucking Enforcement.

MARYLAND STATE POLICE - JOHN F. KENNEDY
MEMORIAL HIGHWAY

35.06.04.01 John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway
Funds appropriated to the
Department of Transportation —
Maryland Transportation Authority
to support highway safety will be
used to defray the cost of Maryland
State Police patrolling this highway.
