damage to all or part of the condominium, for insurance
coverage on the condominium by the council of unit owners
and by the individual unit owners, and for the allocation
of available insurance proceeds to repair or
[reconstruction] RECONSTRUCT.
11-127.
(a) The provisions of this title are in addition
and [supplement] SUPPLEMENTAL to all other provisions of
the public general laws, the public local laws, and any
local enactment in the state.
12-106.
(c) In proceeding under Article III of the
Constitution of the state, or any amendment to it, the
plaintiff shall pay interest at the rate of 6 percent per
annum on any difference between the amount of money
initially paid into court for the use of the defendant
and the jury award as stated in the inquisition, (as of]
FROM the date the money was paid into court [and] TO the
date of the inquisition or final judgment, whichever DATE
is later.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.

AN ACT concerning
Orphans' Court — Appeals
FOR the purpose of inserting an omitted reference to the
Orphans' Court in the Annotated Code of Maryland to
provide that a petition of certiorari may be filed
in the Court of Appeals in any case or proceeding
pending or decided by the Court of Special Appeals
upon appeal from the Orphans' Court.
