(a) (1) Two appointed by the Governor, one to be
a member of the State's [principle] PRINCIPAL majority
political party and one to be a member of the State's
[principle] PRINCIPAL minority political party;

(c) (2) Appointee of the President shall serve
for four years,

prescribed by the State Board for the implementation of
this subtitled:] ;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1975.
